What’s been happening:

I am completing my 33rd year in the engineering department at Joy Mining Machinery in Franklin, PA. I started as a drafter making electrical diagrams and enclosure drawings. Currently, I head the aftermarket electrical group for the continuous miner product line providing engineering support for all of Joy's rebuild facilities within the U.. My wife Sharon is an educational aide in the Crawford Central school district helping with children in need of special learning support. My son, Joshua, graduated with an Associate degree in Auto Collision Repair in 2005, and a Bachelor's degree in Auto Management Technology in 2007 from Pennsylvania College of Technology and now works in the office and in the repair area at Patterson Auto Wrecking. Barbara, my daughter, graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor's degree in mathematics in 2008, and is currently working on her Master's degree in Education at the University of Pittsburgh.
